The members of the music group EYUSER come from Nomfor Island. Most of their songs were written by Arnold Ap, a West Papuan cultural leader, anthropologist and musician, he was killed in 1983. Ferry Marisan, the leader of the group works for the ELSHAM Human Rights Organisation.
